How to remove oil stain on smocked dresses




Oil stains are not as difficult to remove as most of us think. By following these easy stain removal steps, you can take out those oil marks on wholesale smocked dresses in a jiffy. 

Pre treat with a prewash stain remover, using the hottest water safe for oil stains from smocked clothes, you can use hot water. Pour in the normal amount of baby detergent in your washer and add a cup baking soda. Wash the wholesale smocked clothes using normal cycle.
Sprinkle baking soda, cornstarch, or other absorbent on the stain. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, and then vacuum. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with a dry-cleaning solvent. Blot until the solvent is absorbed. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until the stain disappears.
If the stain persists, rewash the garment and still use hot water. For stubborn stains, add a little chlorine or color bleach. Presoak the stained clothes in hot water and oxygen bleach or detergent for at least half an hour or longer.
Get clean paper towels and cloth. Sandwich the stained area of smocked dresses for babies in between the paper towel and cloth towel. The cloth towel should be placed on the surface and the paper towel should be at the bottom. Press the iron on the cloth. This will transfer the warm crayon from the cloth to the power towel. Make sure the iron is not on the steam setting.
